This tab is to explain some known facts about credit reporting, as a previous employee of one of the largest credit reporting agencies I have learned the inn’s and outs of the credit reporting agencies. When i was working for the agency i was told we need to train you on the Fair Credit Reporting Act and make sure you know the rights of the consumer based on the FCRA do they follow it some of the time if required to. Coming from a financial and legal back ground i was able to see the other side of the credit reporting agencies and some things while I was an employee. If you think that you can't win against the big credit reporting agencies to get your file corrected don't give up hope because it can be done.
I have personally dealt with previous clients that had charge off and foreclosures repossession’s and judgments on their file but was able with persistence with Credit Restoration to get them DELETED. If you need help to get your Credit Restoration started and you don't feel comfortable then i understand there is so many things out there that say Credit Restoration or Credit Repair is not good and that is not true and if you need references i can provide references of some of my clients.
